    Thanks Mo and Delta. Good banter and good info boys. For HRH to get his oppies 1. the JV deal has to been done, and 2. SP goes well above .10 so it is worthwhile for HRH to buy. No problem there if jv is signed. Also am in right in saying that his first tranche of oppies evaporate at the end of 1Q if HRH does not get the JV signed.
