If there is a placement there is a corp finance team calling insto's and brokers right now allocating stock. Trying to find out if there are people working on it.
There was a seller thowing stock on market all day. (i know i took 250k off him) Towards the end of the session they seemed to have stopped. So i m thinking they had done enough to get the placement away.
