    If the merger prcoceeds, the number of shares outstanding would be approximately 360,000,000 which equates to $0.10 per share.


    Apply the trade mark inherent to Heron management of 40% discount below cash backing (has Heron trafe mark this yet?) then the share price could be $0.06.

    Scoping study may be the shareholders only hope now.
