Hi Grot,

The inability to link performance to non-executive remuneration has been brought up before.

I don't have a problem with 'shares in leiu of cash' for non exec directors - in fact I'd prefer to see it more often with small stocks to reduce cash-burn.

I do however take massive issue with 'Performance rights' without any hurdles where hurdles would be allowed, in this case with DR's resolution.

As such, I would prefer to see performance hurdles for DR, but the other two resolutions go through.

Nonetheless, this whole thing looks like a cash grab because they couldn't get a deal done to satisfy the performance options that expired a few months ago.
