alliance bust up and dust up

Article in the West Australian today indicates that Alliance are seeking legal advice in regards to legal action available against FAS including damages and breach of contract.
Maybe yesterday's 3B was to cover legal costs (as well as the Md's and non exec Markopoulos' weekly wage bill of a mere $8,000 per week each).
Of course one has to read it in the West as no disclosure by FAS.
Continuous disclosure is for whimps.
Given the scrutiny of ASX on FAS expect another please explain from ASX shortly.
