So have the book build, establish a price and offer each shareholder an option to purchase at the same price. Take it or leave it.
Not saying that it is not clever management,and I think the price will be higher than $4.10, but anything that allows one class of shareholder an opportunity to dilute the holding of another is wrong in my opinion.
