Sorry Frogs if you are having a problem interpreting what was meant by what I said .....I have never questioned ASX rules

I needed to point out that since it is being reported that D.R as MD of WHN has now admitted you cannot issue performance shares to non exec. directors THEN WHY THE HELL HAS HE ATTEMPTED TO DO SO is the question and further why is the company justification for issuing these so called "performance Rights" at complete odds with the ASX rules and I quote the company ".....to provide a performance linked incentive component to the remuneration package for each of them and to motivate and reward their performance in their roles as directors " Don't you think that is at complete odds with the rules

The point I have made all along:-

A] this is highly deceptive and misleading, needs reporting to reg. authorities and resolutions should be withdrawn immediatey

and B] If these were proper performance rights [ as the Company would like you to believe ], why then are these shares being granted free and without being tied to Director performance milestones......the answer is fairly simple....snouts in the trough I believe

And I further contend Directors should have skin [ their own money ] in the company and then their interests and efforts would be more alligned to shareholder expectations rather than what they can screw out of small companies whilst they drive s/h values down
