There is a fair bit of resistance for the sp to get through at this level but blue sky obviously once it does.

Legal issues must still be the major constraint. There is a report currently not made public written by the "Lutundula Commission" that investigates the awarding of mineral concessions between 1996 and 2002 - not sure if there are any implications for AVM but Dik was awarded in 1997.

Still in there and looking for great things in the next 3-6 months.
