MEETING: NZR: Director nominations

On May 15th 2014 the Annual Meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company
Limited (trading as Refining NZ) will be convened.

That Meeting will include resolutions for the re-election of certain
Directors.

Pursuant to Rule 3.3.5 of the NZSX Listing Rules, Refining NZ advises that
the closing date for Director nominations is March 27th 2014.

All nominations must be received by the Company Secretary by 5.00pm on the
closing date.
