PRC HQ is in Sydney (Level 23, 1 Alfred Street ), but I bet the meeting is in Perth. Hope so, I always like an excuse to visit that wonderful city as a tax deduction.
As to whether it's a good or bad move? I reckon it's gotta be good in the long run, and IMO it will ultimately be very good for LT holders (more patience needed pleeeese) and good for ST traders who will get another go at bargain basement prices. Maybe those who bought in at the 6s and 7s can average down if it does go to 0.022 again.
ABM will be a very good gold production company IMO down the line, but not today or even tomorrow.
