I feel deceived as well and the leaky boat syndrome is very apparent at ABM. and has been on numerous occasions.
Does anyone know what percentage of shareholder approval is needed to pass tranche 2
If all the major shareholders are on board then there is not much anyone can do but if there is a dissenter then us smaller players may get a say.
