I was in West Perth today .. there were For Lease signs everywhere .. and the pain is just starting. I am not sure if the landlords are giving up much ground in their rates though. In any case its the drying up of the mining projects work that is the show stopper and when this gets going then houses prices watch out - it will not be pretty.
