Am I talking to a brick wall? Wait, I am talking to Brickwalls. Prove to me I said the escrowed shares would be sold. I said the shares would be sold. Someone else insinuated that the shares were escrowed. Yet no one can state the date when these imaginary escrowed shares vest.
So who would I believe? A legal document in the form of a 3B that doesn't state any escrowed shares, or anonymous posters on a forum? State the date of vesting or stop misleading people by insisting the shares are escrowed.
