They did have a project (min sands in Victoria)...only confirmed recently its no good and confirmed no further work would be done.

Further, they are doing quite a bit of work on identifying other projects. For example, they were looking at a certain gold projects in a certain country recently, but nothing came of it I believe.

And then there is the work required to work out what to do with their SYR shares...this would require significant external legal/tax advice, which is costly and would be expensed in admin as well.
