Same here. Have been wrong before.

My thoughts are that in there wisdom BLT offered the raisng in 2 tranches to give us mum and dad investors a foot in the door. They have 15.75 million in there pocket and can do another raising anytime.
BLT could have easily taken the whole 31.5 million. But they didn't.
They have given us mums and dads the power to vote " NO ".
