That's a point that is never made. China was increasing by 10% pa for about 4 years, so that's;
Yr 1 110% of starting point
Yr 2 121% of starting point
Yr 3 133% of starting point
Yr 4 146% of starting point
Then they talk it down when we're ONLY looking at 7.5% growth which will take us to 157% of starting point. Or another way, 7.5% of new growth is 11% of the % growth of 4 years ago.
