My pick. Co-ex-Gene is a powerful platform technology from which TG4010, TG4001 and for that matter TG4040 (which VHL no longer has an interest) have there origins. There is so many more potential applications (HIV being one) and I suspect interest in these other non taken areas.
So im guessing and guessing only that another license involving another party is in the wind.
