Have heard this all before - after 2000 smart money was doing exactly the same - my share broker told me to shed 4 properties , why ? Smart money etc etc. That implies they know more. Oh if only life was that easy. Smarter money held on and so did I . Thank goodness for that. When it comes to real estate you know its long term and ride out the good and the bad.
