Hi HR1, what I like about your posts is the fact that as a 'non-holder' you have the rare capacity in my books to be both objective and fair. Clearly,long term holders are going to show bias to their stock and at times overlook things that they should take notice of, nothing unusual about that.
If one reads the critique of many non-holders of CDU, not only are they often incredibly disrespectful to long termers, but at times are positively smug in their analysis of 'things' not going to plan, as if any enterprise the size of CDU goes to plan. (no I don't need to hear a litany of things that haven't gone right over the last seven years, spare me.)
I used to work for government,and the things that went seriously wrong that were deemed ultimately a great success by the general public were legendary.
It is extremely refreshing to read a post that is clear in it's analysis, positive and informative. Of course the detractors will still have a go, but most people by now are aware that we are getting very close to a total rerating of the S/P, it might take a month, it might take six months, in the life of an enterprise like this, it's not that unusual.
I realise that in writing a post like this it always brings out those who want to show how clever they are by deconstructing every word that is said, well go ahead, do your worst. To HR1, can I just say many thanks for your posts and for your sentiment "CDU team seem to be a bunch of very savvy operators" when all is said and done I think you are absolutely correct.
