Given it coincided with the exercise of some employee share options, it could be an issuance to an insider.
Given the timing I would assume its as close to the results that they would feel comfortable in issuing without any suggestion of information leak and to beat the inclusion to the ASX300.
The SP should run up over the next 10days in anticipation of the results.
