I agree with lots of that.
It's easy to immobilise the pax by de-pressurizing the cabin - an alternative theory is that what was in the cargo hold??? ... as there was (apparently) no screening or x-ray of the cargo on board that flight (pre flight).
Actually, I've just thought of another scenario ... similar to the last James Bond 'Casino Royale' ie;- shorting Malaysian stock
