Take any company's announcement.
Ignore anything positive contained within.
Scan it for any comment or number that can be negatively spun.
Distort, twist and spin the information in the most negative and inflammatory way possible.
Start a new thread with a tabloid-style shock headline.
Thumb down and dismiss holders rebuttals as "the cheersquad." .
Bring up irrelevant red herrings or twist news from 5 years ago to deflect criticisms.
Repeat previous company mistakes or failures ad-nauseum.
Blame the company for things out of their control.
Play the "concerned, altruistic observer" card.
Suddenly go silent when it's obvious to everyone you were wrong yet again.
Rinse and repeat.
