I seem to recall the latest fast finance loan cost ESI 12.5% in interest and 5% in shares at 0.75c.
That's an expensive loan. The R&D rebate is just the security for the loan. You do know what that means don't you?
And now for the trick question - can you spot the direct contradiction in the fast finance Capital management ESI announcement from late last year? I'll give you a clue. What does dilution mean?
The final payment of the previous year's loan was still not until January this year too so company will have closer to 700K cash left by my estimate.
You are being deliberately misleading. Or maybe your just trying to stir things up? Or maybe your just showing more naivety?
