    It was easy for the ALP to waste a few Billion hey! PL may have connections...

    See the Chinese and Zijin for some cash backing.....Their government has some 2/3 Trillion in USD reserves and Im sure their banks are well capitalised.

    but I see reading and understanding is not a strong point...

    Someone will dig this stuff up and my bet is on the Chinese (See Partnership with Zijin/Nkwe!!!) and the billion or so need will be quiet easy to get for them!
