Initial reading by me is that it's an excellent deal for us, essentially we issue equity at a slight discount in drips and drabs over time - at what ever the price happens to be. Contrast this to a farmout/equity raising where the price is fixed at a lower amount at the start. Need more time to digest the rest of the announcement though. GLA
