Lack of information could be to do with something that is still commercial in confidence eg CLY deal or IGO deal. Maybe some significant results on geotech there - that could be part of the need for extra funds medium term.
Could be issues with trial mine results, issues with current management actually running a production plant.
I see SLR hedged at A$1536 today - obviously Commonwealth Bank expects gold to hold a reasonable price in the next year. I'm sure Darren and also Pac Road are party to this kind of analysis - maybe that is something to do with possible fastracking production?
Once again, all surmising...
