I think while this is being accumulated, it is also being trade/P&D by traders too, but the shares dumped are being bought, hence the SP isn't falling hard.
Strap yourselves in for a big week, as I remember similar pattern happened 3-4 months ago, when PSY tested 10c, it took a few goes, but once broken through, 10c will form a good support.
