SUMMERSET APPOINTS GENERAL MANAGER HR

Summerset Group Holdings Limited announces the appointment of Carol McNaught
to the role of General Manager HR, effective 18 March 2014.

The appointment has been made in advance of the retirement of the incumbent
General Manager HR, Catherine Fyfe, in April 2014.

Ms McNaught was previously Chief of Staff and Human Resources and also Group
Manager Human Resources at TelstraClear for five years.

Summerset welcomes Carol to her new role.
