Who is going to the meeting? you can proxy vote for me, otherwise I will do it online, but a voice and presence is more powerful.
I'm leaning towards agreeing with commando on the dilution by stealth, which is a bit of a concern, considering that since that placement deal there hasn't been any information as to why the urgency in gettng the funds. Yes, I know we can all speculate for what reasons but something from the company would of been nice.
It will also be interesting to see if any real good news comes from the company before the meeting, maybe to like justify why we handing over good deals to Sprott.
Don't get me wrong, there is only postives for being in bed with Sprott, and I like anyone else agrees if it is good enough for him to throw some lazy dollars at it, then it good enough for me. Being a long term holder, I was in before him, maybe I should get a royalty lot of options LOL LOL
