from its highs of about 11.00 to low 7's it does seem tempting however its it a very bad sector right now. Any sniff a disappointing news and it could go much lower.
I'm too watching but a little reluctant to pull the trigger just yet.
Those with a 2 -3 year window may do buying at these levels.
