lie in wait

So what happens now ? Are we still lying in wait for a deal to come through ? What are the key dates that we should be looking out for ? End of this month when the payment is due or what ? The SP is heading south, I'm losing money every single day. When will it end. I know long term holders have lot more money than I, but if something wasn't going to come of this then administrators would have surely been appointed months ago, instead they have kept the place running at a loss all this time ? What for ?
