The 0.007 cent buy line was up to 48 million in buying early this morning before 40 mil was pulled,I suspected all along that these large buys were just one buyer.
This buyer is using the same strategy I would use and that is to pull your buy orders then come back when there are sellers at your target price.
Another long shot theory is that this buyer had to pull the buy orders because of a deal that is about to be done such as a placement.
