    I wish people would keep to factual information.

    60% WI is in effect on a normal Texas lease a 45% NRI situation (ie 100% WI owners get 75% of the NRI).

    The biggest problem with TEX is that they over state everything especially timescales, they need to get much more realistic in there assessments if they want to gain investor confidence.

    Yes, they've had some good results but they've had some poor ones right next door to.
