Ring them perhaps if you want to see what is going on with the BFS.
Whilst a company claims timeframes for certain things, there is no legal requirement to meet that timeframe, otherwise just about every company would be subject to litigation. Particularly junior resources.
There are countless reasons a BFS could be delayed.
If you ask me, I don't expect it anytime soon as I feel the initial mine startup could be significantly larger than first envisaged (new capex requirements) and that vanadium will now be part of the mix immediately. Such changes would require significant changes to BFS and hence a delay.
Just my thoughts, I haven't discussed any of this with them (YET).
