I assume you were referring to the post I made, the 60% figure I used was from a Ann. or presentation made by the Co. some time back ( I am unable to find it ) which stated that Target had 60% interest, The landowner or mineral rights holder owned 25% and royaltys were 10% and Trilogy Operating received 5% as managers. I therefore assumed that Target share was the full 60% but you are claiming that we only receive 45% not sure who gets the missing 15%.
