time to buy now!!

Tried looking at this in a couple of different ways and cannot get my head around the current SP. The company is valued at far less than its asset values, has two great projects and is due to bring in big money this year.
Dont get me wrong. Management has floundered on fundong for too long and the political situation in crimea is as bad as it gets. But the russians have atated that the private assets will remain just that and money will no doubt roll in sometime this year as funding is sorted. With a MC of around 3million and an SP of just 0.2c I can only see a multibagger here in the medium to long term.
