No, the MOU is invalidated by the appt. of administrators.

I'm sure that the VAs will be happy to talk to Sprott, Magna, geixi etc. with a view to selling the assets.
Good luck folks. When MMN came out of receivership as AYN it was with a 20 for 1 consolidation, plus a CR. AYN have almost done that now, with a massive CR, but are still in trouble. Poor Aussie silver plays just can't get traction.
