Ok, Mr glass half full here.....
I look at it that there wasnt any bad news. It sounds like the approvals are progressing and a commitment to have the rigs in place during April regardless of a partner or not is a sign of "lets progress".

If we have to go it alone it will be short term financial pain for long term financial gain. May just take a bit longer.

Well back to buy another bottle of champers to put on ice. Becoming an alcho waiting for this thing to spew the good stuff.
