I am going to upset everyone on this thread, perhaps with the exception of Watso.
No bread is good for you ... imo, pay up for superb bread for weekend fare only.
Too much bread loads carbs and prolonged high refined carbs is associated with diabetes, high triglycerides and high LDL cholesterol.
But it gets worse, too much bread usually comes with too much butter, cheese, peanut butter and cured meats (not all together tho lol).
Lastly, I don't reckon there are too many redeeming attributes of yeast.
So on this one I am with Watson, but for different reasons.
