I believe they might go for a loan for production instead of more dilution.
Generally you need to forward sell for banks to agree to this arrangement. It means a fixed gold price which may or may not be a good thing. Then there's interest on the loan. Depending on the share price at the time, you'd have to weigh up the better option. In most cases, a placement is the easier and quicker.
