    I have to admit, things look grim for us investors. It is looking like a local engineering shop that has something interesting to sell.
    It is like the local boat building engineering shop here on the NorthCoast of NSW who announced a few days ago it had gotten a major US Army contract to build three hundred odd units of a rapid bridge building system. I thought it well done!

    There is no risk in the market.
