what do you make of the NEVER ending supply at 13.5c, if this seller took it easy they could more than likely sell some stock at 14c, appears as if this seller is looking to sell at as low a price as possible, bizarre!
possibly shorts but going on recent shorting activity or lack of it, not entirely sure it is.

either way, there must be a change of holdings shortly.
