I think rivkin is spot on *ONLY* if you have an investment horizon less than 12 months
If you have an investment horizon that is 2 years or longer I believe you may be robbing yourself of substantial future gains.

I encourage those minority shareholders that have a 2+ years investment horizon to Vote No to the proposal on this basis amongst others.

If your investment horizon is less than 6 months then, well.......just don't vote at all....hehe :)
