I don't necessarily disagree on the rego part . Executing it might be a problem however .
If you are using that argument though , what about the pedestrians ? Are you going to licence them ? They use the road , particularly in Melbourne city and are unfortunately involved with accidents with cars all the time.

You're saying that as if no cyclists obey the rules and that all car drivers are angels .
