From the communications from G2G I don't think they have had any shortage of interest in this significant opportunity however they will be waiting for the testing to prove commercial flows etc.

An alternate yet complimentary view could be given the constant reference to accepting a JV farm-in on agreeable terms is that there may have been some negotiations however the terms simply didn't suit G2G ie referencing the fact that this Oil field has significant potential....yet still needs to be derisked by proving up the commercial viability of this field by a more intense oil flow testing program.

The upside for G2G is that if the existing hole can deliver at the high end for both perforations ie >400Bopd then there will be no shortage of interested suitors or equity investors / options available to DM and his Exec team.
