No.1 reason why I remain in this stock.

I have average buying price of 1.5c. I believe the combined resources of these companies will be very good for this stock - in making better use of resources, cross pollination between businesses and being able to provide more services to existing clients.

Even without the merger the DIG portion of the business was starting to improve and showing good signs of profitability returning.
