heh, whilst I cannot see big drops or anything around the corner I am failing to see a compelling reason to buy into property. I haven't read anything yet convincingly outlining why property over the next 30 years will be anything like property has been over the last 30 years (same goes for shares too!).
I'd be keen to hear any considered views on it though.
