Fair enough I enjoy your imput !!, my thinking is this, IF they do a cap raise in the next few weeks, they have crew in the field, I think they will turn up more.
The cap raise 2.5-2.7 (OIMO) means if you aren't in the raise, market will have to pay about the 2.9, and then its go again.
Just my thinking. Happy to debate tho, iam no guru,and like the neg`s to bounce off.
Negs are good also, got to keep on your toe`s in this market.
