That's adorable coming from ASIC as for years people have watched the corruption in the markets, stocks going up before announcements, BOT manipulation ect ect. Complaints are made daily and all ASIC do is send a please explain, the company comes up with some lame excuse and it goes no further. No penalties. Perhaps the government needs some extra revenue so they will go after the little guy who cant protect himself and take his home. Directors of companies have one of the best jobs in Australia, some can lie through their teeth and walk away with millions, leaving Joe Bloggs behind with no shirt on his back and no home but that's ok while their sipping on their Moet I am sure they are thinking of all those shareholders that made it possible !
