The THR story has been told and rejected a few times over the last few years. Fundamentally, it may be a better story, but there's a lot of holders that are under. If the SP tries to run, it'll probably get dumped into by stale holders.

The PLD story is unknown. Any whiff of a possible big hit, and the SP would run a lot harder. Those pre-recap holders have been heavily diluted and probably won't see their money back. Those that bought post recap, are holding from around this price, $0.007c. If a big hit comes and she gaps up to a level where everyone is holding a nice profit, then it's more likely that everyone will 'keep calm and let the SP go parabolic'.

It's your money, so invest in fundamentals. For me, technicals have made me the money in recent years.
